🌍 Project Overview
🤝 This ESC volunteering opportunity in Karlovac, Croatia focuses on inclusion, youth empowerment, and active participation through three interconnected pillars: Inclusion Activities, Youth Center, and Info Center initiatives.
✨ Activity for Inclusion
Volunteers will organize inclusion workshops for children and young people in alternative care and those with fewer opportunities. Workshops will focus on soft skills development such as digital competence, communication, and empowerment through non-formal education methods.
✨ Youth Center Activities
Volunteers will prepare and conduct workshops based on their own interests and the interests of local youth. Activities may include foreign language courses, volunteering workshops, creative sessions, recycling and DIY workshops, and other youth-led initiatives.
✨ Info Center Activities
Volunteers will create promotional and informational videos and podcasts focusing on youth participation in democratic processes. They will support awareness campaigns and contribute to initiatives such as Eurodesk campaigns, encouraging young people to become active in their communities.
This project combines creativity, inclusion, youth participation, and non-formal education in a dynamic community-based environment.
