An intensive Erasmus+ international training course is taking place in Casa Negrea, Ighiu, Alba, Romania ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด, bringing together youth workers who want to address discrimination, stereotypes and social exclusion through creative non-formal education methods.

โ€œNo Borders, Just Stories!โ€ gathers 25 participants for a highly participatory and experiential learning journey focused on inclusion, equality and intercultural dialogue.

This course offers practical tools to integrate creative and participatory methods into youth work, using:

๐ŸŽญ Theatre of the Oppressed
๐Ÿ“– Storytelling
๐Ÿค Experiential non-formal learning

Participants will explore how these methods can foster empathy, critical thinking and meaningful dialogue in diverse and intercultural groups.

๐ŸŽฏ Develop practical facilitation skills for working with diversity
๐ŸŽญ Learn theatre-based and storytelling techniques for youth activities
๐Ÿ—ฃ Strengthen empathetic communication and active listening
๐Ÿค Enhance cooperation and group dynamics competences
๐ŸŽฌ Co-create intercultural performances based on real-life social issues

The methodology includes hands-on workshops, simulations, group work and daily reflection sessions. Youthpass will support competence recognition.
