🎯 Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The volunteer will contribute to a wide range of educational and civic activities, including:

🇪🇺 Participation in organising awareness events such as Inter’Act Tour, Europe Day in schools, European cultural activities, school cross-country races and hosting foreign delegations
🗂️ Supporting the registration process, promotion, logistics, document preparation and coordination meetings with partners
🎤 Facilitating workshops and contributing to evaluations
✈️ Leading preparatory activities for middle school students participating in Erasmus+ mobility projects
📰 Conducting activities related to media and information education
📱 Supporting the coordination and promotion of the ESC Calvados network, including best practices sharing and Instagram communication

The mission aims to strengthen young people’s understanding of European values, citizenship and intercultural dialogue through interactive and educational approaches.

🏠 Accommodation and Financial Conditions

🏡 Shared flat with two other volunteers in Hérouville-Saint-Clair (less than 20 minutes from Caen city centre)
🍽️ Food costs covered through ESC financial support (volunteer manages meals autonomously)

The project is looking for a participant who:

✔ Is between 18 and 25 years old
✔ Is responsible, organised and outgoing
✔ Is interested in raising awareness among young French people on citizenship and European topics
✔ Is ready to live in a shared flat with two other volunteers
✔ Holds a driving licence
✔ Has a good knowledge of French (written and spoken)
