Meaningful Participation: Innovation in Youth Participation Repertoires for Community Building is an Erasmus+ Training Course that invites youth workers to explore participation as a lived community-building practice. The project goes beyond participation as attendance or consultation and focuses on belonging, shared responsibility, long-term engagement and collective care. Through reflection, exchange and co-creation, participants will rethink how youth participation can become relational, sustainable and rooted in local communities.
