BE-IN is an experiential Erasmus+ Training Course for youth workers focusing on identity, authentic expression, and real belonging. The training invites participants to explore how inner awareness, emotional presence, and embodied practices can create safer, more inclusive communities where participation becomes natural rather than forced.
