About the Seminar
This Erasmus+ transnational seminar is organised by the Italian National Agency for Erasmus+ Youth in cooperation with the RAY Network. The event focuses on disseminating and comparing the results of the RAY COMP research, which examines competence development in youth work through Erasmus+ training activities. The seminar brings together youth workers, trainers, researchers and National Agency representatives to reflect on quality, learning contexts and impact at European level.
Background and Rationale
The seminar builds on national dissemination activities already carried out in Italy and responds to the shared interest in comparing RAY COMP findings across countries. It aims to go beyond information sharing by exploring effective dissemination practices, identifying common challenges, and supporting evidence-based improvement of youth work and training under the Erasmus+ Programme.

Methodology
The seminar follows a participatory methodology combining presentations, plenary discussions and small-group work. Participants will engage in reflection, peer exchange and collaborative exploration of dissemination strategies, ensuring both European-level learning and strengthened local impact.
