โ€œFrom Diversity to Dialogue: Intercultural Learning in Youth Workโ€ is an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Barcelona, Spain. The training is designed for youth workers aged 18+ who wish to deepen their understanding of intercultural learning and strengthen their ability to create inclusive, reflective and meaningful learning environments for young people. Through non-formal education and experiential learning approaches, the course explores identity, diversity, power relations, stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination, while equipping participants with practical tools to foster intercultural dialogue and inclusion in their daily youth work practice.
