ABOUT THE PROJECT
๐Ÿ’š Feel Good โ€“ Act Good is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers, youth leaders, project managers and youth coaches who want to strengthen their personal wellbeing, resilience and sustainability competences and translate them into meaningful youth work action.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ The training builds on previous Personal Sustainability initiatives and responds to the growing need for self-care, balance and long-term effectiveness in youth work.
๐ŸŒฑ The programme connects wellbeing, social responsibility, ecological awareness and sustainable action, offering practical tools that can be directly transferred to youth projects and educational practice.
