🧠 About the Training
4Z Between Us Learning as a Relational Practice is an Erasmus+ Training Course within the SKAB’ing framework focusing on learning as a relational process shaped by presence, dialogue, trust, curiosity, and mutual support. Learning does not happen alone; it happens between us. The course invites participants to slow down from fast answers and rediscover learning through meaningful human connection, co-creation, and shared experimentation.
🎯 Main Aim
To deepen participants’ understanding of learning as a relational process based on presence, co-creation, and mutual support, and to strengthen their capacity to design and facilitate learning spaces where relationships, dialogue, and trust enable meaningful growth.

🧠 Develop awareness of how personal ways of relating affect others and learning environments
💬 Experience conversation and dialogue as spaces of co-created learning
