The role
This is a role for a creative, proactive Content Creator Intern who will support the development of engaging, high-performing content across TheViPgroup's digital channels. It goes beyond basic posting: you'll help shape how the brand communicates online, creating content that captures attention, drives engagement and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
What you'll do
π₯ Content creation: produce short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, including scripting, filming and editing engaging videos.
π‘ Creative ideation: generate content ideas, formats and concepts that align with current trends and audience interests while supporting brand objectives.
π± Platform optimization: adapt content for different platforms, understanding what works best on each (hooks, format, timing) and optimising for reach and engagement.
βοΈ Video editing: edit content using tools such as CapCut, ensuring strong pacing, clear messaging and engaging structure.
π Trend research: stay up to date with social-media trends, viral formats and platform updates to keep improving performance.
π Performance analysis: monitor basic metrics (views, engagement, retention) to understand what works and improve future content.
π€ Collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, brand messaging and overall strategy.
ποΈ Asset organization: manage and organise raw and edited content files for an efficient workflow.
