New University (Nova univerza) is a small, dynamic private higher-education institution in the centre of Ljubljana, Slovenia, focused on high-quality education, research, international cooperation and practical learning. It is looking for a motivated Erasmus+ trainee to support its International Office and international project activities โ and as a trainee you become an active member of the community, taking part in ongoing international work rather than simply observing it. What you'll do
Your tasks can be adapted to your interests, skills and study background, but typically include:
- Communicating with Erasmus+ partner institutions and mapping and updating the international partner network.
- Researching potential partners for Erasmus+ KA171 cooperation and preparing a practical Partner Universities Handbook.
- Supporting Erasmus+ project applications and documentation.
- Helping develop the concept and programme for an international Staff Week, and assisting with Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) and other university events.
- Taking photographs, preparing visual content and providing general support to internationalisation activities.

The practical details
