The Awaji Youth Federation (AYF) Fellowship 2026 is a paid, live-in international fellowship programme hosted on Awaji Island, Japan ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต, by the Awaji Youth Federation, an initiative supported by the Pasona Group.

This 9-month immersive working and learning programme brings together talented young professionals from around the world to contribute to regional revitalisationnew business development, and social innovation in a multicultural Japanese workplace environment.

Fellows live and work at Manabi no Sato, the home of AYF, and actively participate in projects that combine lectures, real-world challenges, and hands-on project work, aligned with Japanโ€™s evolving regional and global needs.
