π§βπΌ Position: Human Resources Intern
β³ Duration: Flexible, from 1 to 6 months

Start Date: Flexible, during this year or next year
π Location: Barcelona office / Remote / Hybrid
π Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, or 20 hours/week upon request
πΆ Compensation/Stipend: Academic credit, commissions
π Key Responsibilities
πΌ Assist with recruitment: posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
π€ Support onboarding & orientation for new hires
ποΈ Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
π Participate in training & development coordination
π¬ Assist with benefits administration & employee inquiries
π Contribute to HR projects (engagement surveys, D&I initiatives)
βοΈ Ensure compliance with HR policies & procedures
