Description
You will join a dynamic team reshaping education, working closely with the founders across major strategic and operational areas.
Your missions include:
โข Business Development: site scouting, partnerships, fundraising
โข Marketing: first point of contact for families, community management, communication
โข Strategy: data analysis, modelling for M Schools, competitive & innovation monitoring
โข Finance/Controlling: invoicing, budgeting, financial modelling, supporting the Finance Manager
โข Operations: school management tasks, admissions, coordination of educational projects, recruitment
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate:
โข A strong motivation for education, entrepreneurship, and social impact
โข Dynamism, autonomy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects
โข Excellent coordination and communication skills
โข Strong organisational and analytical abilities
โข Curiosity for digital tools (G Suite, CRM, ATS, etc.)
โข Fluency in French; English is an advantage
