This opportunity offers a dynamic mix of international project organization, mobility support, communication tasks, event planning, and creative content production. Volunteers will become part of the daily work of Spin’s European Programmes & Mobility Department and Communication Department — gaining real experience in youth work, digital media, logistics, and public engagement.

💼 What You Will Do

✨ Support the logistical organisation of Spin’s international projects (Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, Live it Lisbon! Summer Volunteer Programme)
✨ Assist the sending processes of Portuguese ESC volunteers
✨ Help prepare and participate in Erasmus+ information sessions
✨ Research and collect mobility opportunities for newsletters and social media
✨ Contribute to digital content creation (text, graphic, video)
✨ Update Spin’s blog, Facebook, Twitter and website
✨ Assist with monthly newsletter creation
✨ Develop personal project ideas within volunteer time

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Transport

Volunteers will stay in a shared flat with other volunteers or local youth, sharing rooms with same-gender housemates. The accommodation will meet Lisbon’s hygiene and safety standards and will be located close to the workplace and city centre. Monthly food and pocket money will be provided. Public transportation is covered through the Lisboa Viva card.

🎓 Training During the Activity

Volunteers will work 30–35 hours per week, including space for language lessons, personal project development and social activities. If weekend events occur, compensatory days will be given during the week. Holidays are calculated as two days per month. Pre-Departure Training will take place in Liechtenstein, while On-Arrival and Mid-Term Trainings will take place in Portugal.
