Your Responsibilities
💬 Communicate daily with international guests
🌟 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
🧾 Assist with reservations on multiple platforms
⭐ Respond to guest reviews on TripAdvisor and others
📝 Collect guest feedback, ideas, and complaints
✍️ Write blog posts and short articles
🧹 Oversee room & common-area cleanliness
🚀 Take on extra tasks in marketing or other interests after mastering basics
