About the Training Course 🇵🇱🥋

Hosted by Windmill Tree Foundation (Poland 🇵🇱), this immersive Erasmus+ Training Course (26 January – 2 February 2026) supports youth workers in strengthening self-awareness, emotional regulation, body–mind balance, communication skills, trust-building, group management, and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
The program blends martial arts philosophiesyoga-inspired movementself-defense techniques, and mind–body practices to deepen personal understanding and provide youth workers with practical tools they can apply directly in their work with young people.

  • 🔍 Body Awareness: Pressure points, correct movement, physical limits
  • 🌄 Nature & Social Activities: Strengthening connection to self, others & the environment
  • 🧩 Holistic Youth Work: Practical tools for emotional regulation & self-expression

  • Day 1 — Arrival
  • Day 2 — Earth: Survival, fears, grounding
  • Day 3 — Water: Flow, pleasure, grief
  • Day 4 — Fire: Willpower, courage, confidence
  • Day 5 — Air: Limits, love & hate
  • Day 6 — Voice & Vision: Truth vs illusion, clarity
  • Day 7 — Crown: Connection, bonds, closure
  • Day 8 — Departure

  • 🧘 Mixed movement practices (yoga-inspired + self-defense)
  • 🥋 Basic martial arts concepts for awareness & balance
  • 🧠 Theory of chakras, Dao philosophy, Yin & Yang symbolism
  • 🤝 Group & couple exercises for trust + cooperation
  • 🌲 Nature-based sessions for grounding and connection
  • 🌍 Optional morning & evening activities for cultural exchange
  • 🎭 Emotional processing activities

Important Note for Participants ⚠️

This training may be physically demanding — but it is NOT for athletes, nor focused on competitive sports. Everyone is welcome.
The only requirement is the willingness to explore body movement, push personal limits, and engage fully with the exercises.

    • 10–99 km → up to 28 EUR
    • 100–499 km → up to 211 EUR

    • 2000–2999 km → up to 395 EUR
