This project offers a wonderful opportunity to explore a career in early childhood education while discovering new cultures and traditions. Volunteers will support teachers in everyday activities, organize creative workshops, and share their own national culture with children aged 3–6 through play, storytelling, and art. 🎨
👶 Your Main Tasks:
- ✏️ Assist teachers in preparing daily lessons and activities.
- 🎭 Lead creative workshops, songs, and interactive games.
- 🌍 Share your own culture — language, traditions, and food.
- 🧩 Support children during outings and special events.
- 💬 Help foster curiosity, learning, and joy among young kids.
🏡 Living & Financial Conditions:
- 🏠 Shared apartment equipped with all essentials (double rooms).
- 💶 Monthly support of approx. €180 + food allowance for groceries.
- 🚆 Travel costs from Italy to Poland reimbursed according to ESC rules.

🎓 Training & Support:
- 🧭 Pre-departure training in Italy before arrival.

👥 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 🌟 Aged 18–30 and motivated to work with children aged 3–6.
- 💬 At least basic English level required (Polish is a plus).
- 🎨 Creative, patient, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- ❤️ Positive attitude, responsibility, and openness to new cultures.
- 🎵 Artistic or musical talents are highly valued.
- ⚠️ A clean criminal record is required for participation.
