🎵 About the Project
Gimle is a renowned cultural centre and live music venue offering citizens of Roskilde and surrounding regions a rich programme of concerts, events, and youth initiatives.
As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a team managing “The Raven” Café, the heart of Gimle’s community — where creativity meets culture and everyone’s contribution matters.

💡 What You’ll Do
🎶 Help organise concerts and cultural events from planning to execution.
☕ Manage Gimle’s cultural café “The Raven”, serving as bartender or host.
🎭 Take part in creative events like theme nights, bar bingo, international evenings, and open mics.
💡 Use your imagination to launch your own creative project within Gimle’s cultural setting.
🤝 Support the volunteer network and strengthen community life.
You’ll also gain valuable insight into music venue operations, event logistics, and creative communication — all while living in a friendly, inclusive space.
🏠 Accommodation, Meals & Benefits
🏡 You’ll share an apartment in the centre of Roskilde with three other ESC volunteers.
🛏️ Each volunteer has a private room and shared kitchen and living areas.
🍽️ A monthly allowance covers food and pocket money, plus:

👥 Participant Profile
We are looking for two enthusiastic volunteers (aged 18–28) who are:
✅ Passionate about music, creativity, and event production.
✅ Curious, social, and open-minded.
✅ Ready to take initiative and join a vibrant youth community.
✅ Interested in hospitality, teamwork, and cultural projects.
🎶 No prior experience is required — just motivation and a love for culture!
