Description:
This Training Course (TC) aims to develop an innovative approach to support youth workers in understanding and enhancing young people’s mental wellbeing. The focus is on non-formal and formal methods (psychological and artistic/creative) that can improve self-awareness, reduce stress, and improve the workplace environment. This approach also promotes inclusion, helping youth workers support young people who feel excluded or lack self-confidence.
Methods:

Objectives:
- Equip youth workers with skills and knowledge to support mental wellbeing.
- Promote mental wellbeing as a positive resource for inclusion.
- Enhance self-awareness and self-expression among young people.

- 1st Step: TC in Klaipeda, Lithuania (15th – 22nd January 2024) 🇱🇹
- 2nd Step: TC in Vinci, Italy (11th – 16th September 2024) 🇮🇹
Participation in this TC is possible even if you did not attend the first part.
