💡 About the Internship

This Erasmus+ internship offers an exciting opportunity to join an international academic environment and gain hands-on experience in student services and digital marketing. You’ll help manage study abroad programs, cultural events, and communication activities for international students in Sicily.

Main responsibilities:
🌍 Support program coordinators with orientation and cultural activities for international student groups
💬 Assist in student reception and front office communication
📅 Help manage academic calendars, class schedules, and extracurricular activities
🏠 Support logistics, accommodation coordination, and student support services
💻 Contribute to digital marketing tasks, including content creation, website updates, and social media posts
📈 Collaborate on international outreach strategies for Erasmus+ and university partnerships

This internship is ideal for motivated students who want to work in an intercultural academic setting and develop practical skills in education management, communication, and marketing.

  • Location: Siracusa, Sicily, Italy 🇮🇹
  • Duration: 4 months (possibility to extend to 6 months)
  • Period: 12 January 2025 – 12 May 2025
  • Commitment: Full-time

Requirements:
✅ Excellent English skills (C1 or higher) — written and spoken
💬 Basic Italian (A2 or higher) is an advantage
🌍 Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
✨ Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn
💡 Previous experience in international education or cultural tourism is a plus
