About the Training Course
How can creativity become a tool for conscious change?
The Erasmus+ Training Course “Creative Bridges to Action” invites youth workers from across Europe to explore how imagination, leadership, and social responsibility can meet in one transformative learning experience. 🌈✨
Taking place in Osłonino, Poland 🇵🇱 from 16–23 November 2025, this training empowers participants to build bridges between unlimited creativity and meaningful community action. Participants will learn how to nurture creative confidence in young people, transform ideas into action, and lead with authenticity and purpose.
Objectives 🎯
- 🌿 Strengthen creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- 💡 Learn how to design inclusive, safe, and inspiring learning spaces
- 🧠 Break mental patterns and foster youth innovation
- 🎭 Encourage creative risk-taking and experiential learning
- 🌍 Develop leadership and community engagement through creative methods
What You’ll Experience 🎨
This program offers a hands-on, experiential learning journey. Participants will:
- Design and lead creative workshops and group challenges
- Take part in leadership simulations and team-building exercises
- Share their own national cultures through intercultural evenings
- Exchange energizers, methods, and youth work tools with peers
The training emphasizes the transition from being a visionary to becoming an action-oriented leader, inspiring participants to guide young people in transforming ideas into tangible change. 🌟

- Dates: 16–23 November 2025

- Eligible Countries: Poland 🇵🇱, Romania 🇷🇴, Spain 🇪🇸, Hungary 🇭🇺
- Target Group: Youth workers aged 20–40
- Group Size: 5–6 participants per organization
- Participation Fee: None — fully funded by Erasmus+
- Accommodation & Meals: 100% covered
- Travel Costs: Reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules
- Private insurance is mandatory during the project
Participant Profile 👥
- Active youth workers, trainers, and facilitators aged 20+
- Residents of participating countries
- Committed to full attendance and active participation
- At least two participants per country with fewer opportunities (economic, geographical, or other challenges)
- Gender-balanced teams encouraged
- Good command of English required
What to Prepare Before Arrival 🧳
- A cultural evening to showcase your country (music, dance, food, etc.)
- 5 energizers or icebreakers to conduct during the training
- At least one participant per group should bring a laptop 💻
