Join the European Association of Solidarity with Youth – EASY (Avrupa Gençlik ile Dayanışma Derneği) for a short-term European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteering opportunity in Thessaloniki/Epanomi, Greece 🇬🇷.

Hosted by Anazitites Theatrou, this project brings together young volunteers passionate about social change, the environment, and culture. Between 5 January and 26 February 2026, you’ll engage in meaningful activities that combine creativity with community action.

This opportunity is open to applicants from Türkiye 🇹🇷, especially those exempt from visa procedures due to the limited timeframe.

🧭 About the Project

This ESC volunteering activity focuses on community engagement and environmental awareness. Volunteers will take part in:
🍲 Social Kitchen Activities: Preparing and distributing meals to people in need.
♻️ Recycling & Upcycling Workshops: Turning waste into art and promoting sustainable living.
🌿 Environmental & Nature Protection: Outdoor initiatives that support ecological balance.
🎨 Cultural & Artistic Workshops: Creative activities designed to promote solidarity and intercultural dialogue.

Throughout your stay, you’ll gain hands-on experience in teamwork, communication, and social responsibility — while discovering the vibrant cultural life of Thessaloniki!

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel

🏠 Volunteers will stay in shared rooms (2–3 people) provided by the hosting organisation.
🍽️ Meals are arranged by the host — volunteers take turns cooking and assisting in food preparation.
🚆 Travel costs will be reimbursed after the project, upon submission of tickets. Green travel (eco-friendly transport) is encouraged.

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for volunteers who are:
✅ Residents of Türkiye 🇹🇷
✅ Aged 18–30
✅ Interested in volunteering abroad and open to teamwork
✅ Passionate about environmental protection, social inclusion, and community service
✅ Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to live and volunteer in rural or semi-rural areas

This call prioritizes candidates who have not participated in a long-term ESC activity before and who do not require a visa.
