💡 Project Overview
Looking for a life-changing experience supporting young people’s independence? Join the “Haltegriff” ESC Projecthosted by LOGO Jugendmanagement GmbH in partnership with BBRZ Österreich — and become part of an incredible initiative helping youth aged 16–21 develop essential life and work skills! 🇦🇹✨
“Haltegriff” supports young people who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) and who cannot live at home. The project offers both living assistance and work training to help them build autonomy, stability, and confidence.
As a volunteer, you’ll:
🏠 Support the Living Facility Team – assist 16 residents with daily life routines, social activities, and community living.
💼 Collaborate with the Work Coaching Team – help facilitate workshops, internships, and skill-building sessions.
🌿 Take part in outdoor activities, excursions, and creative workshops that promote teamwork and personal growth.
💬 Share your own culture and perspectives while learning from young people overcoming social and personal challenges.
This is a rewarding experience for anyone passionate about youth work, education, or social inclusion. 🌍❤️
