🎯 About the Training

In a rapidly changing job market, many young people struggle to plan their careers and match their skills to real opportunities. 🌍💼
The Path to Success training course equips youth professionals with practical tools, innovative methods, and non-formal learning strategies to help young people find direction, motivation, and confidence in their professional journey.

You’ll explore and apply the project’s core results — a unique toolkit designed to make career counseling more engaging, inclusive, and effective:

1️⃣ Career Guidance in Action Handbook – 20 tested best practices in youth career orientation.
2️⃣ Career Counseling Program – An educational toolkit with structured sessions on self-awareness, soft skills, and labour market exploration.
3️⃣ Job Interview Card Game – A gamified tool for fun, practical job interview preparation. 🎯

🎓 Objectives

The course aims to:
💡 Strengthen participants’ career guidance and employability competences.
🧠 Teach how to apply and adapt innovative educational tools.
🌍 Promote inclusion of disadvantaged youth and NEETs.
🤝 Foster networking and peer learning among European youth workers.
🎯 Encourage local-level initiatives to improve young people’s access to meaningful work.

🧩 Methodology

The learning process is based on non-formal education and experiential learning — combining:
🎭 Workshops and simulations
💬 Peer learning and networking
🎮 Gamified activities (using the Job Interview Card Game)
🧩 Reflection and co-creation of local action initiatives

Participants will co-design small-scale career guidance actions that can be implemented within their local youth organisations after the training.

💬 Expected Outcomes

By the end of the training, participants will:
✅ Gain hands-on experience in career guidance and counseling.
✅ Learn to use engaging and inclusive tools with young people.
✅ Strengthen cooperation among European youth professionals.
✅ Receive a Youthpass Certificate 🏅 recognising their learning achievements.

Ideal participants are:

Youth workers, educators, trainers, or career counselors (22+)
Experienced or motivated in career guidance or employability skills
Willing to apply new tools in their organisations
Engaged in work with disadvantaged youth or NEETs
