About the Training Course

Are you passionate about youth participation, social inclusion, and local community action? 🌟
Join us for Boosting Youth Work & Local Action, an inspiring Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Manerba del Garda, Italy, from 25 November to 2 December 2025 (including travel days).

This international learning experience brings together youth workers from across Europe to explore creative methods of participation, community engagement, and intercultural dialogue. Through interactive workshops, you’ll learn to design and lead innovative projects that empower young people to take an active role in their local realities.

🎯 Objectives of the Training

✅ Provide hands-on experience with innovative non-formal methodologies such as World Café, Open Space, Digital Storytelling, Theatre of the Oppressed, and Gamification
✅ Encourage the co-creation of a collaborative Methodological Toolkit for youth and educational contexts
✅ Support participants in designing and testing local micro-activities and action plans
✅ Facilitate the exchange of innovative practices and intercultural storytelling sessions
✅ Introduce intergenerational dialogue activities and community collaborations
✅ Promote digital participation and the use of social media for civic engagement
✅ Develop empathy, inclusion, and intercultural communication skills

👥 Who Can Apply

This training is open to youth workers, educators, facilitators, and volunteers aged 18+ who are active in supporting and empowering young people. Each participating organisation will send 3 youth workers who are committed to developing local and international initiatives in their communities.
