🧭 Ideal Candidate Profile
🌍 Bachelor-level student (or recent graduate) in Business, Communication, or Social Sciences
💬 Fluent in English (B2 or higher); Spanish is a plus
🎨 Skilled in Canva, Microsoft Office, and basic video editing
🤝 Friendly, proactive, responsible, and a great team player
🎤 Comfortable with public communication and event participation
