Ready to be part of a national movement that empowers youth participation across Romania and Europe?
Join the Youth Structures Division of the National Youth Foundation and help shape how youth organisations collaborate, connect, and inspire action!

You’ll contribute to:
🤝 Supporting youth networks and foundations in their cooperation projects
💡 Promoting youth participation and civic engagement
📢 Transforming ideas into creative communication and social media content
🌍 Enhancing international visibility and partnerships of the Foundation and THE YOUTH Center

This experience will help you understand how youth ecosystems work — from local actions to international impact.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

🏠 Volunteers will live in a shared apartment (same-gender rooms) with a kitchen, bathroom, and common area.
🍽️ Food and pocket allowances provided monthly.
💳 All payments are made in Romanian currency via bank transfer.

🎓 Training & Mentorship

🎓 National Agency On-Board Training: Introduction to ESC and project framework
🧩 In-House Trainings: Non-Formal Education, Facilitation, Human Rights, Safeguarding
📚 Workshops: Skill development in design, communication, and youth work
🗣️ Romanian language classes to connect with the local community

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for motivated young people (18–30) who are:
✅ Creative, curious, and open to teamwork
✅ Interested in youth participation, communication, or design
✅ Familiar with tools like Canva or online platforms (basic level is enough)
✅ Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas

Previous experience is not required — just bring your motivation and positive energy!
