🌟 About the Project

Welcome to AI in Action, an Erasmus+ Training Course designed to help youth workers, educators, and NGO stafflearn how to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in daily life and youth work! 🚀

This 8-day programme in Skrzetuszewo, Poland brings together participants from across Europe to explore how AI can improve productivity, creativity, and learning, while also promoting critical thinking, digital safety, and healthy technology use.

Participants will experience hands-on workshops, intercultural sharing, and practical sessions on how to design activities that bring AI literacy and wellbeing awareness to young people in their local communities.

🎯 Main Objectives

⚙️ Apply AI tools in everyday life, work, and youth work to boost productivity, creativity, and learning.
🧠 Strengthen critical and digital literacy — question AI results, understand biases, and detect misinformation.
🛡️ Promote safe online habits and data protection awareness.
💚 Encourage healthy digital habits that support focus, wellbeing, and balance.
🌍 Exchange experiences on AI and digital safety across cultures.
🧩 Design and test workshops and tools that participants can later use in their youth work back home.

👥 Participant Profile

Open to youth workers, trainers, educators, NGO staff, and youth leaders (18+) who are:

💡 Motivated to explore AI in youth work and daily life
🌍 Active in youth organisations or local initiatives
🗣️ Comfortable communicating in English
🧭 Open to intercultural learning and teamwork
🎯 Ready to apply and share what they learn in their communities

Participants should be available and committed to fully take part in the entire training course.
