What You Will Do
Food & sustainability actions: co-create bottom-up food education workshops to reduce waste, consumerism and promote short, ethical supply chains. ASK community hub: help run ASK (Art • Social • Kitchen) — a vibrant social refreshment space hosting concerts, author talks, tastings, workshops, intercultural nights, language tandems and civic meet-ups. Civic food network: support pilots for local, ethical food chains and convivial community events. Non-formal learning: design playful, inclusive activities for children, youth and seniors around participation, democracy, creativity and sustainability. Your initiatives: propose and lead small projects aligned with tolerance, interculturality, participation, teamwork.
Participant Profile
We’re looking for 3 volunteers (18–30). Open-minded, positive attitude; flexible, creative, communicative. Motivated to work daily with children, young people and the elderly. Values match: tolerance, interculturality, participation, democracy, teamwork. Ready to learn by doing, take initiative and respect diverse ideas.

What’s Provided (ESC Standards)
Housing: twin room in a shared flat 1 min from Centro Culturale Fonti San Lorenzo (≈15 min to city centre). Monthly support: food allowance + pocket money. Travel: reimbursement per European Commission rules. Local transport/insurance: according to ESC framework. Training: on-arrival & mid-term seminars (National Agency), task-related training, and Italian language support/OLS.
