This is a dynamic, hands-on internship in the hospitality sector, combining office work and property management. Your main responsibilities include:

Guest Communication! 📞 Dealing and communicating with international guests daily to ensure satisfaction.
Online Management! 💻 Assisting with reservations across various platforms and replying to guest reviews (TripAdvisor, etc.).
Marketing & Content! ✍️ Writing engaging blog posts and articles for marketing purposes.
House Management! 🧹 Ensuring guest rooms and common areas maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Business Improvement! 💡 Collecting feedback and contributing ideas to improve efficiency and sales.

We are looking for an independent and creative EU Citizen who has:

Strong Communication! 🗣️ Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Fluency in other languages is a plus!
Hospitality Interest! 🛎️ Interest and basic experience in hospitality and customer service.
Creative Mindset! ✨ Sales-driven mindset, logical thinking, and basic knowledge of marketing/business.
Proactivity! 🚀 Eagerness to work independently and bring new ideas to the small team.

Important Note: This internship is only open to EU Citizens.
Eligible Fields: Business Studies and/or Management Science, Communication and Information Sciences, Social Sciences.
