- 🎶 Collective work with a great team at Königstadt cultural youth center
- 🎨 Focus on music education, cultural projects, and courses for ages 12-27
- 🚀 Encourage and support young people in developing their own projects
- 🎭 Offer exhibitions, theater plays, exchange programs, and more
- 🌍 Varied tasks including group work, leading projects, creative activities, events, and more
🏠 Accommodation, Food, and Transport:
- 🚍 Monthly public transportation ticket provided
- 🏡 Shared flat with other volunteers, own room, shared common areas
- 🍲 Monthly food allowance (€9/day) and pocket money (€6/day)
🎓 Training and Support:
- 🤝 Pre-service support and information
- 📚 Mandatory seminars in Germany
- 👨🏫 Assigned mentor at the youth center
- 🛠 Support with bureaucratic issues from VJF
👥 Participant Profile:
- 🌍 Good knowledge of German, English, and French
- 💻 Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- 🤝 Teamwork spirit and ability to work independently
- 🌟 Motivated, flexible, friendly, curious, and self-confident
- 🗣️ Good communication skills and sense of humor
