📖 About the Project
Crafting Inclusion is a one-month ESC team volunteering project bringing together young people from across Europe to spread creativity, warmth, and solidarity during the Christmas season. The project will work with local organisations supporting elderly people and individuals with disabilities, fostering intergenerational bonds and combating social isolation.
🎯 Main Activities
🎨 Creative workshops – crafting decorations & small gifts
🎭 Cultural and festive events – brighten the holidays for locals
👥 Intergenerational activities – working with elderly & disabled communities
🌍 Cultural exchange – connect with the Altamura community and share traditions
🏠 Accommodation & Meals
- Food & accommodation fully covered under ESC standards

- Volunteers live and work together in a supportive, inclusive environment

- Led by experienced youth workers
- Non-formal learning methods (teamwork, creativity, empathy)
