โœจ About the Project

Inclusion and diversity are at the heart of European youth programmes ๐Ÿ’ก, but many activities still fall short of meeting diverse needs. This training supports youth workers, organisers, and facilitators to make overnight group activities more inclusive and diversity-sensitive.

Through 3 full working days of non-formal learning, participants will:

  • Reflect on why inclusion & diversity matter ๐ŸŒ
  • Identify barriers that prevent young people from feeling safe & welcome ๐Ÿงฉ
  • Learn how to adapt logistics, facilitation methods, team roles, and communication ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ
  • Share tools, methods, and resources for inclusive activity design ๐Ÿ“š
  • Take concrete steps toย improve daily practiceย ๐Ÿค

The training itself will serve as a living example of inclusionโ€”from the methodology to the environmentโ€”ensuring participants can transfer what they learn into their own youth work contexts.
