✨ About the Conference

Since 2019, the Mladost (je) ni norost Conference has provided a vibrant platform for sharing knowledge and inspiring collaboration around youth mental health. In 2025, it grows into an international residential event, uniting the depth of a training course with the reach of a professional conference. 🌍💡

The focus theme for 2025 is Support Systems for Youth Workers, explored through three lenses:

Individual – Self-care and wellbeing for youth workers 🧘‍♀️
Organisational – Structures, guidelines, and protective protocols 🏛️
Community – Building networks and interdisciplinary cooperation 🤝

Participants will engage in interactive workshops, keynotes, and creative exchange spaces—leaving with at least 3 practical tools to apply in daily practice.
