🎯 Role & Responsibilities
As an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment and people management processes:
- 📢 Post and update job offers
- 📩 Respond to applicants and screen CVs & motivation letters
- 🎤 Conduct short interviews and plan/manage recruitment stages
- 📑 Handle contracts, onboarding paperwork, and new colleague integration
- 🤝 Support HR administration and employee engagement
✅ Candidate Profile
- 📝 Proficient English writing & communication skills (C1)
- 🌟 Strong initiative, creativity, and organizational skills
- 🔍 Detail-oriented and results-driven personality
- 💡 Passion for startups, online businesses & talent development
- 🗣️ Knowledge of Dutch, German, French, or Chinese is an advantage
- 🎓 Bachelor’s students in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or Languages preferred
