Equal Love is a powerful Erasmus+ Youth Exchange designed to explore sexuality, gender identity, consent, and healthy relationships in a safe, inclusive, and barrier-free environment. Hosted at the stunning eco-glamping site NISI in Raches, Central Greece, the project brings together participants from across Europe to challenge stigma, co-create knowledge, and empower each other through dialogue and creativity.

🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Participants must be:
- Aged 18–30 (no age limit for group leaders)
- From Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, or Armenia
- Open to exploring gender, sexuality, consent and identity
- Committed to full participation in an inclusive, substance-free, youth-led space
- From a minority background (disability, LGBTQIA+, economic/cultural barriers) or eager to be an ally
🧪 Responsibilities / tasks
Participants will engage in:
- Interactive workshops on consent, identity, digital intimacy and empowerment
- Group reflections, creative storytelling, and artistic expression
- Discussions around equality in access to sexual education
- Co-creating a “brave space” for learning, vulnerability, and support
- Living and learning in an eco-sustainable, technology-light, inclusive glamping environment

💰 Compensation
✔️ Travel costs are reimbursed after participation:
– Greece: 250€ (green travel required)
– Bulgaria: 285€ (green travel required)
– Spain: 360€
– Armenia: 274€
✔️ Private transfer from Athens to venue included (35€ deducted from budget)
✔️ Accommodation, meals (vegetarian), and all activities are fully covered
✔️ No participation fee
