🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?):
Applicants aged 18–30 with an interest in working with children in alternative education settings. Ideal candidates are flexible, open-minded, nature-loving, and eager to learn about pedagogies such as Montessori, Freinet, and Steiner. Non-violent communication and teamwork are essential. No prior teaching experience required but a background in animation or education is a plus.

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks:

  • Support daily activities of the alternative school
  • Participate in nature-based learning (e.g. forest school Fridays)
  • Assist in multilingual, creative, and eco-friendly workshops
  • Learn and apply sustainable practices (dry toilets, recycling, etc.)
  • Engage with children through games, songs, storytelling, and rituals
  • Join pedagogical projects involving topics like the environment, cultures, emotions, and cooperation
