๐ฏ Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Open to highly motivated young people (aged 18โ30) with strong communication skills, a basic knowledge of intercultural learning, volunteerism, and training practices. Prior experience in youth work or training is a plus, but not required. Adaptability and teamwork are essential.
๐งช Responsibilities / tasks
- Deliver training sessions and study events (in-person and online)
- Support exchange programs and volunteer camps
- Assist in coordination and administration at the AFS Poland office
- Promote intercultural understanding and active citizenship
- Occasionally travel for camps and workshops
