The ideal candidate is:

  • Committed to volunteering full-time for 10.5 months
  • Interested in children’s education and intercultural exchange
  • Willing to actively participate in the daily school life
  • Curious about Montessori and nature-based approaches
  • Motivated to learn German
  • Not enrolled in university or other work obligations during the period

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks

  • Support daily classroom routines (one in Primaria 1 for ages 6–9, one in Sekundaria for ages 12–15)
  • Help during excursions (e.g. to museums and cultural events)
  • Join team meetings and parent-teacher nights
  • Design and lead a personal project
  • Co-create an engaging and motivating learning environment
