🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Young people aged 20–30 from participating ESC countries, who are mature, motivated, empathetic, and ready to support children and teenagers from fragile backgrounds. Experience in education or youth work is an asset.

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks

  • Assist educators in daily educational routines
  • Help children with homework and school-related tasks
  • Organize recreational, cultural, and outdoor activities
  • Support meal sharing and upkeep of common spaces
  • Engage with families through social interaction activities
