🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Open to students or recent graduates from Erasmus+ Programme or Horizon 2020 Associated Countries who:
– Are eligible for an Erasmus+ grant through their home university
– Have a background or interest in graphic design, audiovisual content, or social media
– Are creative, self-driven, and eager to work in a multicultural youth-focused environment
– Have relevant experience or skills in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or social platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok
– Are fluent in English and willing to communicate in an inclusive and engaging tone

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks
Applicants can choose one of three focus areas:

🎨 Graphic Design
– Create posters, flyers, and visual content for social media
– Design merchandise, digital templates, and visual presentations
– Edit photos for online use
– Ensure branding alignment across all materials

🎥 Audiovisual & Video Editing
– Film and edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and aftermovies
– Script and plan video content for events and campaigns
– Capture moments during ESN events and activities
– Stay updated with audiovisual trends and social video formats

📱 Community & Social Media
– Engage with followers through DMs, comments, and broadcasts
– Manage WhatsApp groups and community updates
– Schedule and publish stories/posts with the ESN social media team
– Respond to FAQs and monitor trends and engagement
