From 16–24 August 2025, 50 young changemakers and team leaders from 10 partner organisations will gather in Tosya Municipality (Tosya Belediyesi), Kastamonu, Türkiye 🇹🇷 for a 9-day youth exchange that fuses inclusion, green action, digital readiness and cultural immersion—all co-created by YOU!

📆 Programme at a Glance
- Days 1 & 9: Arrival & Departure ✈️
- Days 2–8:
- 🌅 Mornings: Skill-building labs to co-design your youth action plans
- ☀️ Afternoons: Peer-led debates, team challenges & guided city tours
- 🌆 Evenings: Folk music, crafts workshops & “Culture Night” performances
- Outcome: By Day 8, you’ll have a concrete action plan aligned to the EU Youth Strategy 2019–2027 and a network of fellow changemakers!

- Shared hotel rooms (2–3 per room) with local charm and modern comforts
👥 Who Can Participate?
- 50 participants (5 per partner):
- 2 female & 2 male youth (18–30 years)
- 1 team leader (all ages; youth-work experience)
- Criteria: Motivation for the 11 EU Youth Goals, basic English, commitment to all 9 days and to follow-up actions
