As an intern, you will provide high-quality service to international students staying at the school’s residence, engage in reception tasks, event coordination, and help maintain a welcoming environment for guests from around the world.
🛠️ What You'll Do:
- Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs
- Assist with queries, phone calls, and key card preparation
- Monitor room inventory and stock levels
- Prepare welcome packs and support laundry/cleaning
- Plan activities and help manage residence logistics
- Support kitchen staff and deliver supplies
- Run small errands for residence and school needs
- Perform daily health, safety, and room checks
