📚 ABOUT THE PROJECT
STEP5 is a hybrid KA153 Erasmus+ initiative combining:
🔹 Job Shadowing in Łódź (July 2025)
🔹 Online HOP Coaching Course (compulsory)
🔹 Training Course in November 2025

The project empowers youth workers, trainers, and young entrepreneurs to:
✅ Explore career development & employment tools
✅ Sharpen coaching and mentoring methods
✅ Observe working models of social enterprises
✅ Foster entrepreneurial mindsets through NFE practices

The Job Shadowing will include:

• 🧠 Business journaling & coaching
• 🔎 Talent & competency analysis
• 💬 Team building, OST, simulations
• 🤝 Focus groups, brainstorming & problem-solving
