🚀 Ready to kickstart your journey as a youth trainer?
This 7-day training course is crafted especially for youth workers who are just beginning their facilitation path. Dive into the world of non-formal education (NFE), gain confidence in delivering impactful learning experiences, and develop the skills to lead with purpose and creativity.
🎯 Objectives:
✔️ Understand & apply NFE principles in youth work
✔️ Build core skills in facilitation: public speaking, debriefing, group management
✔️ Practice, receive constructive feedback, and grow in a safe space
✔️ Connect with a diverse group of youth workers across Europe
✔️ Boost your confidence as a trainer & facilitator
👥 Who can apply?
- Aged 18+, active in youth work (volunteer or professional)
- Based in Romania, Greece, North Macedonia, Poland, Croatia, or Bulgaria
- Motivated to grow as a youth facilitator
- Ready to engage fully in English and take an active role
🔢 Each country will send 4 participants (24 total)
🛌 Accommodation & Meals:
- Double rooms on Private University of Management campus
- All meals provided 🍽️
- Short walk to Varna’s vibrant seaside 🌊

- 💚 Green travel encouraged!
- Bulgaria: 0 EUR
- Romania: 285 EUR (green)
- Greece, North Macedonia, Poland: 309 EUR (non-green) / 417 EUR (green)
- Croatia: 309 EUR (non-green) / 417 EUR (green)
💶 Participation Fee:
✅ 50 EUR refundable — paid only upon approval and returned upon arrival!
📜 Certification:
All participants will receive a Youthpass certificate for their learning outcomes and competences gained during the training.
