About the Project:
Become part of an inspiring educational community! 
You will:
Support English classes alongside school staff
Maintain and develop the schoolโs vegetable garden following permaculture principles
Contribute your own ideas and initiatives based on the schoolโs child-centered philosophy
Receive mentorship and continuous support throughout the project
Accommodation, Meals & Transport:
Shared room at a flat or youth hostel 
Food, accommodation, travel costs, and allowances fully covered 
Public transport for commuting to school 
Training & Support: Assigned mentor from the teaching team Regular trainings with the teaching staff Induction into the schoolโs educational philosophy and dynamic
Who Can Apply?
Aged 18โ30 Interested in elementary education (ages 3โ11) Passionate about permaculture and alternative education Good knowledge of English is required 
Spanish knowledge is desirable People with fewer opportunities are strongly encouraged to apply
