The Partnerships Specialist sits within UNICEF LACRO's Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) team. The core focus is driving strategic growth of private philanthropy targeting:
🏛️ High-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
🌱 Foundations
🤝 Membership-based organizations (MBOs)
⛪ Faith-based organizations (FBOs)

Minimum Education Requirements
🎓 A completed advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, International Development, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
Required Professional Experience
🔑 At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Philanthropy, Private Sector Partnerships, or Fundraising. Direct experience in prospecting, cultivating, and managing high-value philanthropy partnerships is mandatory.
Language Requirements
🗣️ Proficiency in English is required. Intermediate knowledge of Spanish is required.
