π Education
π©Ί Health
ποΈ Affordable housing
The Bank's financing focuses on vulnerable people. The Corporate Services internship is one of the ten roles in the programme. Each role has its own description and profile, and the shared eligibility criteria apply alongside each internship's academic and skills profile.
What Does the Corporate Services Intern Do?
Behind the CEB's lending work are the people and services that keep the Bank running. This role gives you a view across HR, IT, and facilities and travel management, working directly with the Corporate Services Director on shared priorities.
You might be bringing together project and budget updates, preparing a briefing or following up on actions agreed by different teams. You will also review processes and help explore practical uses of AI and automation. These assignments offer experience in making sense of complex issues and coordinating work across the Directorate.
Five Areas of Work in the Corporate Services Directorate
π Projects and budgets: track the Directorate's key projects, priorities and budgets, consolidate input from the Divisions and flag issues to the Director
π Processes: review selected processes, identify gaps or unclear responsibilities and suggest practical improvements, including automation
π€ Coordination: support cooperation between the Divisions (Facility & Travel Management, IT and HR), clarify responsibilities and follow up on agreed actions
π€ AI and automation: identify practical opportunities for AI and automation and support their implementation
π Director support: prepare and follow up on short analyses, briefings and recommendations on strategic or corporate topics
The role provides analytical and project support. It does not take over the responsibilities of the Divisions.
