We bring together international travelers and tourists of all ages and backgrounds to discover the best local venues, make friends, and experience the city after dark. REQUIREMENTS:
-Creativity to make the events exciting and filled with fun
-Being fluent in English helps you connect with our international guests and keep things running
smoothly (speaking more languages is even better)
-Someone who's responsible and organized
-A social personality is key, you enjoy working with people, communicating clearly and creating a
friendly and welcoming atmosphere
-When tasks arise, your proactive mindset helps you address them promptly
-Goal-oriented person, you’ll enjoy working toward making each event better than the last
-Ability to work well with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds, good teamwork, and a
fun attitude
TASKS:
- Promoting the Organization's services in order to acquire new partners
- Manage all social media platforms of the company and analyse/report results
- Contact organizations and effectively communicate the company's services
- Help in the organisation and execution of events.
- Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
- Provide general support in booking and sales tasks
- Logistics: prepare the different kinds of promotions for events; split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events; create and prepare material for events; be part of the organization and creation of events and activities.
